Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Brixa, the AI app-building platform at codebrixa.com. By creating an account or using Brixa, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Brixa.

1. What Brixa is

Brixa lets you describe an app in plain language and generates real, working code for it, which you can preview, edit, and publish. Brixa is currently in private beta, and is operated by an individual rather than a registered company.

Honest scope, stated plainly: today, Brixa builds the front end of an application — the pages, design, and interactions. It does not yet provide the accounts-and-database back end that software like a CRM, a social network, or an e-commerce checkout needs to actually store and protect user data. If your project depends on that, it is not fully covered yet. We are building toward it, and we will not pretend the gap does not exist.

2. Your account

You need an account to build with Brixa. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up, and tell us if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Brixa to build or publish anything illegal, malicious (malware, phishing, scams), harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent Brixa’s usage limits or security. Do not resell or share access to your account without our permission.

4. Your content, and what you build

You own what you build with Brixa — your prompts, your generated code, and your published apps. To provide the service, you give Brixa the right to store, process, and run that content (for example, sending your prompts to the AI model that generates your app, and hosting your published app so others can visit it). You are responsible for the content of anything you publish.

5. Plans, usage limits, and payments

Brixa is offered on a Free plan and several paid plans, each with its own build allowance, described on the pricing page. If you reach your plan’s limit, further builds pause until your limit resets or you upgrade. Paid plans are billed through Paddle.com, our payment provider, who is the merchant of record for these sales — see our Refund Policy for how refunds work. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, especially for abuse, illegal use, or anything that threatens the security of Brixa or other users. You may stop using Brixa and request deletion of your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Brixa is provided during an active beta, on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Brixa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Brixa grows. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Brixa after a change means you accept the updated terms.
