This page explains what information Brixa collects when you use codebrixa.com, and what we do with it.
1. Information we collect
Account information you give us, like your email address. The prompts you type and the apps Brixa builds for you, so we can show them back to you and let you keep working on them. Usage information — how many builds you run and roughly how much they cost to generate — so we can enforce your plan’s limits fairly. If you’re on a paid plan, Paddle collects your payment details directly; Brixa never sees or stores your card number.
2. Sign-in activity
Each time you actually sign in (not just when your browser reconnects to an existing session), we record the time, an approximate location (city-level at best, based on your IP address), and your browser and device type. We use this to help notice sign-ins that don’t look right. These records are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically, regardless of whether your account stays active.
3. How we use it
To run Brixa: generating your apps, saving your projects, publishing the pages you choose to make public, and enforcing the build limits of your plan. To support you, if you contact us. To improve Brixa, by understanding how the product is actually used.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs to do its job. Anthropic (the maker of Claude, the AI model) receives your prompts in order to generate your app. Supabase hosts our database. Vercel hosts the website. Paddle handles payment processing for paid plans. We do not sell your information to anyone.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data, except where we’re required to keep something longer — for example, financial records Paddle keeps for tax and fraud-prevention purposes, and sign-in records, which follow their own 12-month schedule described above regardless of your account’s status.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us using the address below and we’ll handle it directly — Brixa doesn’t yet have a large enough team to need an automated request system, so for now a real person reads and answers these.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including row-level database security and running published apps in an isolated sandbox that cannot read Brixa’s own data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
8. Children’s privacy
Brixa is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
